salem ilese (also known as Salem / Salem Music / Salem Davern) is an American singer-songwriter creating music out of Los Angeles. She made her debut in 2018 with the single, "Awake." Ilese was originally born in San Francisco and attended Berklee College of Music in Boston for two years before dropping out to move to Los Angeles in order to pursue a career in music.
